This self-paced course is designed to get you familiar with Canvas and provide you with some key take aways that will get you up and running with your class, today!

The course has been broken up into seven modules, each of which contains resources to help you understand the given topic, along with how-to instructions. To get the most out of this course, it is encouraged that you can create your own Canvas course to use as a "sandbox" area where you can practice the skills demonstrated throughout this course. To do this, simply visit the Canvas Web site to setup your free course. There's also a how to sign up page.

Weber School District teachers, when you're ready, you can set up your official classes at WSD's Canvas Web site here. A great thing about Canvas is that you can easily transfer courses and course content between the Free-for-Teachers Canvas Web site and any other schools' sites.

At the end of each module there will be a quick knowledge check to reinforce what you're learning. You have unlimited attempts on the knowledge checks, so keep at it until you master the material!
